Instructions:
Heat Me - Place the eye pillow and cup of water in a microwave. Microwave (700W) for up to 30 seconds. Always heat from room temperature. Do not overheat. Check temperature before placing on the eyes

Cool Me - Place in the freezer or fridge in an airtight container for up to an hour

Wash Me - The outer bag is hand and spot washable. Remove inner bag before washing. Gently hand wash the outer cover. Dry naturally. Keep the inner bag dry.
