How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order, and another when your order has been dispatched. 

How much does delivery cost in the UK?

UK standard delivery costs £3.69 and is FREE on orders over £50.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we're sorry that we only ship to within the UK currently. This is partly due to legislation around selling cosmetics. If you'd like to enquire, please send us an email to rowansoaps@proton.me and let us know where in the world you are. We'd love to hear from you. 

Which delivery service do you use?

We use Evri for all deliveries. You can track your order with Evri by using the tracking code provided. 

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

Firstly, there are a couple of things to check:

  1. Check your email junk folder for the order confirmation email.
  2. Check that the money has been taken from your bank or credit card account

The parcel is probably on its way to you even if you can’t find the email - if it has not been received after 7 days, let us know and we will help track it.

My parcel has not arrived yet. Who should I contact?

We aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. You can  view your order status using the Evri tracking number on the Evri website https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.

If the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel, they will have left a red card with instructions. If you have not received a red card, please allow 7 days before contacting us to check.
